PAYMENT: $400 deposit* is due at the time of registration to hold your seat. The remaining balance ($1100.00) is due on the morning of class. Cash, credit/debit card is accepted. No checks please.

All deposits and payments are *NON-REFUNDABLE. 

*If Student/Trainer is unable to attend scheduled training class for circumstances out of Students or the Trainers control such as medical emergency, sickness, flight cancellations/delays, etc. training class will be rescheduled within 6 months and deposit/payment for class will be applied to rescheduled class date.

MODEL: It is required you provide a model for your practical training application. If you are receiving training at our main location in NY, we can provide you with a model if you need. 

REQUIREMENTS: You are aware of your State or country licensing laws in which you will be performing the application of eyelash extensions, and you acknowledge you are legally licensed to perform these services to the public (Esthetician, Cosmetologist, Medical person such as an RN).

For the purpose of this agreement, LC Artistry is a subsidy of Carly J Warwick LLC, DBA Lash City.

1) To NOT duplicate or share ANY of the information provided by the LC Artistry training certification program. This includes the training manual, all course work; electronic, text, written or verbal, instructor demonstration, student or live model practice, photography, video, and/or audio recording. This also includes all persons present at the training; models, students, instructors. All information you will be receiving is copyrighted and is the intellectual property of LC Artistry.

2) To NOT teach another or others any information which is taught to you by LC Artistry this information is copyrighted and protected by the State of New York. This training contract is also a legal binding document between yourself and LC Artistry.

3)  LC Artistry is providing a training certification and this is not a guarantee of the outcome of your performance which is based upon your own personal artistic talents, skill level and ability to perform the service. 

Certification is only given to those students who can properly apply eyelash extensions.

We recommend Students practice at a minimum on at least 3 different clients, 2-3x a week for 1 month BEFORE accepting paying clients. This allows Student to practice and get comfortable with the lash technique and work on isolation, placement, structure and proficiency.
