POLICIES

Lash City accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. No checks or money orders.

All appointments require a card on file to book. Your appointment may be subject to a $25 booking fee for appointments over 1 hour.

This holds your spot on the calendar and ensures you will show up.  Please call to book your appointment or book online. After selecting a date and time, you will be asked to provide your card info. Your appointment is not booked until you have left a card on file.  Please review our cancellation policy below prior to booking. All booking fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy 
For all appointments, a minimum 24 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You must call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Should you fail to cancel your appointment in this time frame, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee and may have to leave another booking fee. Please note booking fees are non-transferable between appointments and may be required again to book. If you fail to call and cancel and do not show, a $150 no show fee will occur.

*We reserve the right to ban a client for a no show*

If you are over 15 minutes late to your  appointment, you will be asked to reschedule. This is due to the fact that all clients receive thorough consultations and detailed, precise work. As a result, we will not rush your appointment or others. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. Therefore, if you are late to your eyelash extension appointment, it will still end at the same time therefore,  shortening your appointment. Please try to arrive on time in order to receive your desired look.

As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments. If you do not confirm your appointment the day before, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment with notice given.

By booking your session with Lash City, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Cancellation Policy.

Please note, due to the nature of these services, children under the age of 12 will not be permitted in the salon unless there is another adult present to supervise.

OTHER ARTISTS' WORK

If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there is the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and at Lash City our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions will need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price and time. 

Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and that you turn off all cell phones to avoid distracting the other technicians and clients.

All service sales, retail sales, and gift certificate sales are final and non-transferable. All gift card and account balances expire 1 year after issue.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Prices do not include gratuities.
